Moving Pittsburgh hasn't driven me to absolutely hate the Steelers. Secretly, I find myself pulling for them. The gunslinging QB. The bone-crushing defense. The black head coach. These boys are working it. That, coupled with my Raiders falling to the fiery depths of hell has led to some strange things. Rooting for Pittsburgh!
Among the craziness of the weekend included Texas going down. I still think if they played on a neutral site 5 times, the Horn win 4, but this is college football and that doesn't matter. If Texas Tech was really the 2nd best team in the country, they wouldn't have been a home underdog.
My West Virginia Mountaineers have returned to the top 25, bringing some normalcy back into my life. I am excited to watch them win the next 5 games, including another BCS Bowl victory, giving Pat White 3 of them. Should finish ranked in the top ten so all is not lost.
I gotta bitch a little bit about something before I am through for the day. I am tired of these damn crying Penguins fan in Pittsburgh, and their inferiority complex regarding their Penguins and the Steelers. (For the record, I am a Penguins fan, but not a "crying" Penguins fan.) The Steelers are the whole f'n show in Pittsburgh so either learn to deal with it, or continue to make yourselves look like damn fools for eternity. You guys should've came up with something cooler than Terrible Towels in the 60's, but you didn't so suffer the consequences.
